If a deposit fails during payment processing, the transaction is rolled back and your account receives no credit. All withdrawal requests on kaptenjitu are subject to a 24–48 hour verification window. During this time, we review your account activity, deposit history, and game history to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. Once approved, we send your funds to your linked payment method. The actual transfer time depends on your bank or mobile wallet provider and may take an additional 1–3 business days.
